About Us

KL NG Medical Clinic is a Family Practice Clinic that offers a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services such as outpatient medical treatment, general health screening, vaccinations, developmental assessments for children, travel medical examinations, and minor surgical procedures for patient of all ages.

Aside from our family medicine practice to manage your basic health ailments like coughs and colds, our clinic is well equipped with medical supplies for medical care and emergencies. These include nebulizer, electrocardiogram, and automated external defibrillator (AED). Patients can also enjoy the benefits of professional radiology and laboratory services as we work closely with a reputable laboratory for specimen testing of our patient’s samples and a radiology centre for any radiological investigations. We are also a participant of the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation and Medisave.

Doctor's Profile

Dr. Ng Shu Wei

Family Physician
MB BCh BAO (Ireland)
BSc, Biology (Hons), A.R.C.S. (UK)

With a medical degree from Trinity College, Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the Imperial College, Dr. Ng Shu Wei accumulated over ten years of medical experience that is firmly rooted in family practice training. These include recruitment into the Family Medicine Training programme at Singapore’s restructured hospitals and her residence at various polyclinics.

She received her medical training from the medical, surgical and pediatric departments in Singapore’s restructured hospitals. Dr. Ng attained accreditation and was registered as a Family Physician with the Family Physician Accreditation Board in June 2014.

FLU VACCINATIONS

Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones

Influenza, commonly known as flu, is a highly contagious respiratory illness that can affect anyone including healthy people. The virus attacks the respiratory tracts in human (nose, throat and lungs), causing inflammation of the mucous membranes. It can be spread by coughing, sneezing or nasal secretions.

Get Vaccinated !

Your best defense is to be vaccinated before the flu season begins.

Children who have not been vaccinated previously against influenza will require 2 doses with the interval of 4 weeks.

For Adults, only 1 dose is required and it takes 2 weeks for protection to develop after vaccination.

Vaccine is recommended for the elderly, frequent travellers and patients with diabetes, chronic heart disease or respiratory ailments.
